Why EnterCloud
Who we are.
At EnterCloud we don't build castles in the air. We build real, secure architecture in Azure. We help companies with migrations, IT modernisation and teach them how to use the cloud efficiently (without overpaying for it).
We have our roots in traditional on-premises environments, but since 2021 we have been running fully in the cloud. We are small, but highly senior.
Don't expect corporate “bullshit bingo”, unnecessary paperwork or lengthy approval processes. From day one you will be in direct contact with clients' IT directors and with us, the co-founders. Our philosophy is simple: enterprise know-how with startup speed.

We're not cloud fanatics.
We tell clients and ourselves the truth, even when it's inconvenient. We advise, we don't sell. And when cloud doesn't make sense, we say so.
Depth before breadth.
We do exclusively Azure. Not Microsoft 365, not Dynamics, not “digital transformation in general.” This specialisation is not a limitation. It's why our architects spot patterns and mistakes that generalists miss.
Freedom with accountability.
We don't watch hours, we watch results. Everyone is accountable for their work by name, and that's exactly how we treat each other.
How we work
Remote and freedom.
Work from wherever you want. We don't monitor your hours or online status, we monitor results. We want responsible people who do what they need to do.
In from the start.
We don't offer meal vouchers or gym cards. We work on contracts and instead of perks we offer something rarer: you're joining at the moment the company is going from local to global. What you build now will carry your signature.
Straight to the point.
No layers of delivery managers. From your first month you speak with clients' IT directors and with us, the founders. In the interview you sit with us, not with HR.
